MCC PRESIDENT/CEO TO JOIN PCMA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) announced their 2015 slate of new officers and directors. Charles Starks, President/CEO of the Music City Center, is among the five new directors slated to serve a three-year term on the premiere meeting planner association board.

PCMA is the multi-channel professional resource and premier educator for leaders in the meetings, conventions, events and trade show industries. The PCMA Board of Directors is composed of industry leaders that help the PCMA Education Foundation advance its mission.

"I'm incredibly honored to have been chosen to serve on this esteemed board," said Charles Starks, President/CEO of the Music City Center. "I look forward to representing Nashville and the Music City Center while working to support the mission of PCMA and advance the meetings and conventions industry."

Starks will take office immediately following the 59th PCMA annual meeting, Convening Leaders, in Chicago, IL, on January 15, 2015.
